Shipping Policy

At EllaBella, our goal is to make the shopping and delivery experience as simple and smooth as possible.
If you have any questions or encounter any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.


Shipping Costs

We cover all shipping fees for every order.
All of our products are delivered straight to your doorstep — completely free, with no minimum purchase required.


Order Processing

Found the perfect item on our site? We know the feeling — when you see it, you want it right away! That’s why we process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation.

  • The cut-off time for same-day processing is 5:00 PM.

  • Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may require slightly more time.

  • After processing, delivery typically takes 6 to 9 business days.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking number via email within a few days.
This allows you to follow your shipment through our tracking partner.

Delivery

Once your package arrives — time to enjoy it!
However, if something isn’t right and you’d like to exchange or return an item, please visit our Returns Page for more information.


Damaged Items

That’s unfortunate! While rare, products can sometimes be damaged in transit.

In such cases:

  • We will send you one free replacement for the first incident.

  • We do not offer refunds for the first occurrence.

  • If the same issue happens a second time, we will issue a full refund of your purchase.


How to Order

Ordering at EllaBella is incredibly easy:

  1. Visit the product page and click “Add to Cart”

  2. Double-check that you've selected the correct variant(s)

  3. Click “Proceed to Checkout”

  4. On the Information page, enter your delivery details and verify that they’re correct

  5. Continue to the Shipping page, where you’ll see that all deliveries are free — our way of saying thank you!

  6. Proceed to the Payment page, where you can choose from the following SSL-secured payment methods:

    • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Union Pay

    • PayPal

  7. After choosing your payment method, click “Complete Order” and follow the instructions to finalize your purchase

Lost Packages

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical issues, we will always reship it first before issuing any refund.
If the package is not received within 60 days of shipping, a full refund may be issued.


Missed Delivery or Post Office Pickup

If a parcel is delivered to your home or sent to a local pickup point, the shipping cost remains our responsibility.

However, if the parcel is not accepted or collected and is returned to the carrier, we reserve the right to deduct €15 from the refund amount.
