Return Policy

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be in original condition with original tags and labels attached

  • Packaging must be intact and in its original state

  • Returned items must show no signs of use

⚠️ If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we will unfortunately not be able to accept the return.
We reserve the right to reject returns if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged without our responsibility.

Return Shipping & Tracking

  • All return shipments must include a Track & Trace code

  • Lost returns without proof of shipment will not be refunded

  • Shipping items without tracking is done at your own risk

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

After We Receive Your Return

Once your return has been received, we will send you a confirmation email.
The purchase amount will be refunded within a few days after the return is processed.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of confirmation.
After this period, the order enters the processing phase and can no longer be cancelled.

Wrong Item or Size Received?

If you received an incorrect item or size, we will send the correct item free of charge.

Refunds

Refunds for returned items are typically processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Please contact our customer service to obtain the return address — they will make sure your parcel can be returned without issues.
